Please note that the items in your website basket are not reserved until the order is paid for.

AATienda, including our call centre, may provide information about the availability of merchandise to help you estimate the likelihood of an item being available immediately upon placing an order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that an item listed as available will actually be available at the time of purchase, as inventory levels can change throughout the day. After you place an order on AATienda, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. However, please note that this acknowledgment email does not confirm our acceptance of your order. Your order will only be confirmed and accepted when we send you a notification confirming the dispatch of the relevant item(s). Please note that no third party, other than us, has the authority to confirm the acceptance of your order.

Complimentary gifts

Enjoy a complimentary gift with purchases made on AATienda! However, note that items purchased on the site will be non-returnable if the gift's packaging is tampered with or if it has been opened.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order to gain early access to highly anticipated collections, guaranteeing that you secure the item before it sells out. We'll deliver the item as soon as it becomes available, but please note that availability is subject to delivery for pre-order items, and only online payment is accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Your Pre-Order item can be cancelled at any time up to 30 days prior to delivery. All refunds will be issued as AATienda Store Credit.

Refund Policy:

For pre-order items, refunds will be issued as store credit only. The refunded amount will be credited to your AATienda store credit account and will not be transferred to your bank for debit/credit card/Apple Pay transactions. The refunded amount will not appear on your bank statement. Instead, you can use the refunded amount as store credit for future purchases on the AATienda platform.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods for orders on our website: Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and online credit. Payment will be processed at the time of your order. By entering your payment details on our website, you confirm that you are authorized to use those payment details. We reserve the right to decline orders where we believe the payment is not authorized, the payment method is invalid, or we suspect you are not authorized to use the payment method. At AATienda, we offer various payment options for your convenience, including credit and debit cards. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the payment options on your account and refuse any current or future use of those payment options if we suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity. We are not liable to inform or send specific communication to you regarding changes to your payment options on the website, and it is your responsibility to contact us to reactivate your payment options.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are owned and operated by others. We have no control over these third-party sites and do not endorse or verify their content, privacy policies, or practices (including any Delayed Payment Provider). Prices

Website prices are shown in AED and do not include any additional costs such as delivery charges, taxes, or duties. These costs will be displayed during the final checkout process. If you pay using a currency other than AED, your card issuer will apply the relevant exchange rate at the time of payment.

If the order has already been processed, we have the discretion to take certain actions –

• If the order has already been processed, we may choose to cancel the order (or part of it), collect the incorrectly priced item(s) from your original delivery address, and issue a full refund, including original order delivery fees, taxes, and duties (if applicable). 
• If the price you paid for an item is lower than its actual price, we will honor the price you paid for the item in your order.
• If the price you paid for an item is more than its actual price, we will refund you the difference.
• If your order has not yet been processed and there is an error in the displayed price, we will promptly inform you of the correct price and only proceed with the order after receiving your confirmation that you are willing to purchase the item at the correct price. Alternatively, you may choose to cancel the order (or part thereof) and we will refund your payment in full.

Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promo codes are subject to specific terms, valid until a set date, one-time use only, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers. They are non-transferable and for personal use only and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Cancellation

You may contact us ay anytime to cancel or modify your order before it is marked as "Processed" on our online tracking system. We will cancel it and refund your payment, or modify it based on stock availability and any price adjustment. If the order has already been processed, please accept the delivery and initiate a return.
