Shipping for UAE: 3-7 days

• Return & Refund only acceptable for defective items. 
• Products should be in the original packaging to be eligible for returns.
• Returns are acceptable in exceptional situations and the credit note is issued. Cash refunds are not acceptable.
• Customers can claim the replacement/Credit note if informed within 7 days of purchase and not installed after the inspection team confirmation.
• Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned, dirty, stained, natural causes or any negligence will not be considered for replacement/credit note. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once confirmed by our inspection team.
• Please check the products at the delivery time before the installation. Once our delivery team leaves your premises after delivery, subsequent visits will be chargeable.
• To ensure smooth delivery by our service team, we request that the location and the passage is easily accessible, clear & ready to accommodate the products. Our team will not dismantle or shift the items on-site. Any such requirement will be chargeable and should be discussed with us in advance.
